  • 1/4 cup whole milk or almond/oat milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries pureed (or frozen strawberries, thawed and drained)

Frosting:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 4 oz cream cheese for richness
  • 2 –2.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup strawberry puree reduce over stove for thicker consistency
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
