  • 1/4 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
